There is no perfect system, but we keep trying!  We are passionate about developing elegant solutions to complex challenges.  This means technical leadership.  When competitors offer rigid templates we innovate to offer our customers the ability to easily create and manage their own account designed templates and program type themes that adhere to corporate design guidelines.  We introduced greater ease of site creation with drag and drop design back in 2000!  When others offer a pay-to-play vendor database, Lenos prohibits this practice, and innovates an alternative solution for transparency, and unbiased strategic vendor management that meets their strict corporate security and privacy policies.  When others make incremental releases a few times a year, Lenos is agile with weekly releases and periodic complete redesigns of modules.   We are driven to be the best, not the largest.

Debra Chong

Debra Chong has been a Partner in several multinational law firms, representing financial services, regulated industries, corporate, e-commerce and emerging technology clients. She is an active leader at the American Bar Association with appointments on the Standing Committees on Membership and Technology, which strategically direct the delivery of technology and services to the ABA's 400,000 plus members. Debra is a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Bar Endowment (over $90 MM) and AEFC Pension Plan (over $50 MM) and in the past, a Director of Alistar Insurance Company. She began her legal career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; one of her OCC opinions was affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court which resulted in the landmark integration of banking and insurance industries in the U.S. Debra is a graduate of Boston University, Georgetown University Law Center and the Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington.
Patti H. Tackeff
President & CMO
Patti Tackeff is Lenos Software's President and Chief Marketing Officer overseeing the brand and vision behind the Lenos product platform strategy. She has more than two decades of experience as a serial entrepreneur and operator in SaaS technologies. Patti has also worked as an executive for numerous startups, Venture Capital and Private Equity funds related to technology and Asia investments. In 1981, Patti joined her first start-up, in China, as the sixth employee and contributed to their growth as the market leader in the healthcare industry. Prior to moving to Silicon Valley and co-founding Lenos Software, Patti was a Managing Director with United Technologies Corporation, responsible for founding and managing a multi-country entity in Asia. She has a BA in Political Science from University of Massachusetts, a MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and studied a full academic year at a leading university in Beijing, China in 1979-1980.

Steven leads the Global Customer Success organization at Lenos. He brings over 20 years of experience in software development, customer support and professional services. Most recently he was Senior Director of Technical Solutions at Flite, an advertising technology company acquired by Snap in 2016, providing digital advertising solutions and support to a lengthy list of clients including P&G, the NBA, EA, the New York Times, Vice and Condé Nast.
Over the course of his career, Steven has led teams serving Global 2000 companies in the communications, media & entertainment, and high tech industries. He founded and managed a digital agency serving a number of clients, including Nokia, PacBell, Siemens, NetApp, Zynga, Pearson and Thompson Publishing Group, developing and supervising the production of countless web sites, interactive games & learning tools, and marketing & training videos.
Steven holds a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University, California.
